Types: Wafer and LUG
Wafer has multi-standard alignment holes suitable for mounting flanges:
DN40 - DN300 wafer type:
EN1092 PN10, PN16 - ANSI150 -
BS10 TABLE D, TABLE E, JIS 10K, 16K.
DN350 - DN600 wafer type:
EN1092 PN10, PN16 - ANSI150 - BS10 TABLE D.
LUG has fixed threaded holes suitable for specific flanges:
DN40 - DN150 lug type:
EN1092 PN10 or PN16 or ANSI150.
DN200 - DN600 lug type:
EN1092 PN10 or PN 16 or ANSI150.
Mounting bolts lug: PN = Metric and ANSI = UNC
ISO 5211 top flange according to valve torque.
Relief track on the ISO top mounting flange.
Seat
A unique dynamic wave line rubber seat provides a highly efficient seal.
Reduced torque making automation very price competitive.
Extended sealing life span.
On the Wafer and Lug type the seat is vulcanized to a phenolic back-up ring
- a replaceable construction.
Simple seat replacement.
100% tightness at full differential pressure (PN16 = 16 bar from DN40 -
DN150, PN10 = 10 bar from DN200 - DN600).
Ideal for full vacuum applications.
Trouble-free mounting between flanges.
Disc
Disc with two-piece shaft construction which enhances the Kv-value of the
valve and reduces turbulence.
The shape and finishing of the edge of the disc, provides the lowest possible
operating torque with bubble-tight shut off, even at maximum operating pres-
sure, thus extending the life span of the valve.
